Ellie is VERY excited about any opportunity to make Velveetta Cheese Dip, so yesterday we had a couple people over, made latkes and cookies, and dipped much more than a reasonable amount of Tostitos in melted cheesy goodness. Maintaining Holiday Enthusiasm!
