Brian and I didn't think Ellie was big enough to play in an Exersaucer, until Bri found her playing in one at daycare when he picked her up. Turns out she's been big enough for weeks. What do we know? So we borrowed one from Mike and Sari and OH MY GOD. It's her new favorite thing in the world.Grandma's been in town and it's been a big weekend in our Tiny Apartment. Brian took very literally the pediatrician's advice to just feed Ellie whatever we're eating, and pureed up some crackers, cheddar cheese, and salami... Oy vey. She also had steamed carrots for the first time, and if you look closely at this photo you'll see her face is still stained orange.
Since our apartment can only hold so much baby equipment we returned Mike and Sari's swing, and it suddenly feels likes like Ellie is growing up much too fast....

wow... at lot has been going on since i last checked out the blog,. she is gorgeous .. you guys are doing a great job at parenting.. keep up the garden and the pics.. enjoy your nights by the fire and of course keep the info coming.. love being able to keep up with Little E and you guys..
Thanks Robin! I'm doing my best with the blog...but it's awfully hard to keep up with now that I'm back at work full time. I love all your comments! Knowing there's an audience gives me the motivation to keep it up.
